Also you MUST use steel washers under the flywheel bolts when switching to ANY Aluminum flywheel, otherwise you may not fully seat the flywheel even though you get the "click" from your torque wrench, because the aluminum can gawl under the plain bolt and jam up - way before the flywheel is seated. This could cause your problem you are having if they didn't use HARDENED wahsers and now the flywheel has seated and become loose.
