Give it awd, 6MT and 300HP. I'll buy tomorrow!

Hello, Ford, are you listening!

My '99 CSVT was a perfect alternative to the '99 offerings from BMW and Audi, 328i and A4 2.8 repectively. The contour split the performance difference right down the middle. All I lost for my $10k was refinement, fit and finish. Guess what; I got a bargain. There wasn't $10k worth of difference between the Ford and the Germans in the refinement, fit and finish.

A beefed up Fusion would give me an alternative to my S60R. It could also cut into the 3.5 Maxima, G35, and tackle all but the M3 and S4 versions of the previous German benchmarks.

Hello, Ford, are you listening?

i agree with trapps for the most part-- however, i do not believe it would even be considered as an alternative to an M3 or a S4--
