I never said anything about averaging 25mpg. I merely stated that on the highway it is easy to average 25+ mpg. When I had my Z28, I averaged nowhere near 25mpg, it was more like 16-17mpg, but on the highway I still pulled 25-26mpg pretty easily. I never really got crazy on the highway so I had no problems getting those numbers most of the time.
