Have you done any research on installing the short throw shifter in the GTO's? My buddy owns an 04 GTO. Not sure about the 05+ model years but on his 04 GTO the bolts for the shifter assembly are accessed from underneath the vehicle, not from inside the cabin. I couldn't believe it but wanted to pass this tidbit along as installing a short throw shifter requires a lift on the GTO's. Sucks huh?
