Thanks for the leads. I went through each one, and here's what I came up with:
1. Are you sure the LIM is set properly on the LIM gaskets? If you moved the LIM around, you might have an air leak.This is the one part I wasn't totally sure about. The gaskets do lock into the block with the little tabs though, and when I torqued the bolts down on the LIM to the right spec, it all felt solid. I've only worked with paper gaskets in the intake system in past cars, but I can't imagine I'm missing something major while putting the new gaskets in here.2. Now this is really dumb, but are you sure the fuel line has a good connection (did you sepeate the fuel line and remove the fuel rail?)Checked the connection, looks and feels fine, never removed the fuel rail from the engine.3. Check to make sure that the EGR and AIC are connected properly and bolted on tight.Checked, connectors good, seals with gaskets also good.4. Make sure your TPS, MAF and air temp sensors are connected well.Checked, all connected.5. Make sure the 2 little vacumm hoses are connected to the back (firewall side) of the UIM on the AIC (I believe?) and one vacuum on the EGR.Checked, all connected.6. Make sure the big tube going from the AIC to the MAF accordian tube is hooked up to the AIC valve.Checked, connected.7. A real stretch, but pull every fuse and make sure that they are all good.I removed the negative cable from the battery each time I started but I checked all the fuses anyways, all good.8. Pull the connector to the coil and make sure that it has a good connection. Mine didn't at first.Pulled the connecter, seemed good, it reattached fine as well.9. The vacumm lines on top of the UIM are connected...right?Heheh, yep, all connected there too.10. The fuel injector clips are on correctly (little wire releases facing outwards)?Yep, harness aren't switched, all on correctly and tight.I took a few pictures of my LIM re-install process to see if you can spot any mistakes. I accidentally broke one of the little IMRC grommets (3rd time's a charm) so I have to wait until the local dealership gets them in tomorrow to continue.
