1. Are you sure the LIM is set properly on the LIM gaskets? If you moved the LIM around, you might have an air leak.
2. Now this is really dumb, but are you sure the fuel line has a good connection (did you sepeate the fuel line and remove the fuel rail?)
3. Check to make sure that the EGR and AIC are connected properly and bolted on tight.
4. Make sure your TPS, MAF and air temp sensors are connected well.
5. Make sure the 2 little vacumm hoses are connected to the back (firewall side) of the UIM on the AIC (I believe?) and one vacuum on the EGR.
6. Make sure the big tube going from the AIC to the MAF accordian tube is hooked up to the AIC valve.
7. A real stretch, but pull every fuse and make sure that they are all good.
8. Pull the connector to the coil and make sure that it has a good connection. Mine didn't at first.
9. The vacumm lines on top of the UIM are connected...right?
10. The fuel injector clips are on correctly (little wire releases facing outwards)?
These are just some ideas...
