No really I mean what the [censored] was up with the smart ass comments of "who cares"? Sure it wasnt a justice type of situation, but come on the lady never smoked a [censored] ciggerette in her entire life, and still died of frieken lung cancer. Let alone her husband was paralyzed, who also died before her. They both left a loving family, and 3 kids who cant have a mom or dad to raise them anymore...

and all some of you can say is "who gives a crap"...makes me sick.

first let's straighten some stuff out, i'm on the eastern side of the u.p. which is not yooper like at all, there's not a copper mine in site for about 5 hours from here. i'm right on the border to canada. don't trash on where i live cause i don't have to live in some crappy inner city where i have to deal with crime every day and poor living conditions. 2nd of all, she had cancer, oh well, lost of people have cancer, so should we cry about everyone else. just cause she's a celebrity doesn't mean she should get special sympathy. hell, both my parents had cancer, my father had stage 4 hodgkins at age 40 and my mother had breast cancer at age 44. they gave my father 90 days to live, but he didn't act like it was the end of the world and told himself he could beat it. both survived. they're both currently 46 years old and healthy. so don't tell me i don't know about what her kids and [censored] are going through, i've watched my dad on his death bed in ann arbor. i'm just saying, justice doesn't apply to getting a disease. you can't help it, people will always get them and untill the government gives out the cure, it'll be around for a long time. hell, most of you people will probably get it. [censored], i bet alot of you guys who are all truly saddend by some ladie's death from lung cancer probably [censored] smoke. and because i have "censored" words in my post doesn't mean i'm pissed. this is just how i everyday talk. i guess it just comes from my job.

As far as a Iron mine 5 hours away Get real! I grew up in Vulcan, MI (6 miles from Iron Mountian) and there is a Iron Mine there. and it takes like 2.5 hours to get to the Soo. So nice try.

i never said i hated it up here. i like living in an area with clean air, fresh/clean water, no neighbors right my ass, not having to worry about locking my house/car/anything, no crime and practically no diversity. it's a little piece of heaven.

Goes to show that with the passing of that baseball player who died of a stroke, and Mrs. Reeves who died of lung cancer at younger age, that there are people that live till 90, and people like these two, until their 40's. It matters how much you accomplish in life...because with all the people that have died at 80..90...100, we don't remember them like these two people who accomplished a lot in only 40 years of living.

funny how you can go from exit 36 on 75 to exit 336 the BIG Mac exit and it takes like 3.5 hours ish and is 300 miles but this takes like a hour longer and its 75 less miles.

I would still live in the UP if there were decent jobs. If i could make what i do here in Green bay, Iron Mountian or Marquette i would be there in a heart beat and live like a millionaire
