Umm.... New muffler is needed because some how you got a huge hole in it.

Reminds me of a friend back in Montana... he wanted to put straight pipes on his 92 Vette. He goes to the hobby shop and cuts off the mufflers... and just leaves it.
Stuff you're doing is kinda like the "mods" I was doing when I was in High School... Then I realized that stock isn't too bad.

i kinda like the hvac covers...but you have to memorize what controls go where  ...but none the less it looks cool explain what the hell happened to your muffler

yes, thats why i did it. its not too loud though. barely noticeables still at 55 and above. around 1500 rpms it really reverberates inside the cabin, but only when im on the gas. i drilled a hole in the outer case. it did not make much difference. so i saw there was another wall past that chamber. i used tin snips to pry open the existing hole and drilled some more holes in the next chamber wall. that did it! sounds darn near perfect. almost no, that is not redneck. i am not even a redneck. what gave you that idea?
