Ok,
I called my dealer and they said they would be more than happy to do the repair but they needed authorization from ford, and to call the customer service line... i told them i did and they said that i needed to call the deal and she said to call CS back and have them call and tell her it was ok for them to do it, so i called them and they said that because it was over 10 years that they could not do anything about it, i told them the rest of the situation and they again said they could do nothing.
How did some of you get yours done?
I have read a few that said they got theres done after warranty was up. how? and who did you speak to?
