That sounds like a great idea. Maybe you should charge a submission fee for submitting formal guesses on the contents. Make it like $5-10 or so. Drum up some more revenue for the site. Make it a good prize, something most people would want.
The only problem I can see with that is what to do in the case of multiple correct guesses. Maybe the first submitted correct guess take the prize?
