You are right, it already has intake and exhaust.
other than that, im sure it will remain how it is, he isnt big into modding, especially since it has low miles.
as far as whos faster... only time will tell. I can tell you that i cant wait to see what mine will do at the track, all i know is it will roast the tires in 4th, and it kept up with a henessy viper on the highway.(one of these
