If you were to go through Spidey's top villains, you've got Green Goblin, Doc Ock, Venom, Lizard.
Hobgoblin was Ned Leeds for a while, who took up the costume as knock-off villain.
Doc Ock was great in the movie, as was Goblin.
Hopefully Sandman and Venom pull it off.

Topher is credited in the movie, but they dont say who he is...
Thomas Haden Church (mechanic from wings) is going to be Sandman.
Believe it or not, for a while it said "Topher Grace - Eddie Brock/Venom". Maybe the film company had them take it down? Rumor is, Grace has been bulking up recently.....

I already know whats going to happen, GUARENTEED that the ending of this movie is a cliff hanger, i can see Mary j's fiance bringing the symbiote back on the shuttle, and then Spidy turns into the symbiote spidy guy, all the while fighting sandman and whatnot, and thats how he defeats sandman. At the end of the movie spidy will realize this and rid the symbiote of himself, finding brock (played by topher) and then end of the movie will show Brock turning into Venom.
