I wish the NHTSA would call out the IIHS on its test standards. It'd be nice to have someone other than the car magazine editors publicly pointing out the lobbyist BS.

That said, I also think Ford should have ponied up and put side bags as standard equipment in all the Fusions. ABS, too. I think it'd be a good positive public-relations move.
