I have family is the sacramento area and my sister needs a set of rims due to road hazards. She is not picky on what she gets just needs something in the 15 inch range. The tires she has have less then 5k on them.

have her check craigslist and remind her that Cougar and Focus wheels will fit on her car. Their is a ford OEM dismnatler in Ranho Cordova so she may be able to find Focus wheels cheap up there as well.
