Thats due to the size and pitch of the prop, not the material.. But I would recommend stainless as well, It bends rather than breaks like aluminum if you hit something. Check out Atwood Balistic props, very reasonable priced and great quality. I wouldn't go any higher than 19 degrees pitch for that size boat. probably best around 15-17 degrees.
