You were about 5 mins away from my house.

Very nice. We have a 22ft Ebbtide cuddy cabin with a 350 (260hp). I would suggest buying a nice tube and/or a set of waterskis/wakeboard as they can make life on the water way more fun. After you get that 350 in there a stainless prop would be a nice add on. It helped us gain about 4-5mph top end and it pops it out of the hole a little better too. If you trailer it, you might want to practice launching/retreival a few times when theres no one around so you don't make an ass of yourself on the ramps like 95% of the people do up here. Good luck!

Thats due to the size and pitch of the prop, not the material.. But I would recommend stainless as well, It bends rather than breaks like aluminum if you hit something. Check out Atwood Balistic props, very reasonable priced and great quality. I wouldn't go any higher than 19 degrees pitch for that size boat. probably best around 15-17 degrees.

yeah, and make sure you check the drain plug BEFORE you put it in the water.

The Mercruiser website has an interactive page that lets you put in all the variables of your boat (length, beam, weight, engine size, etc) and then spits out the correct pitch prop you need. I used it when I was looking for a spare prop for my 26ft'er last year.
