I just got both my LCA's and outer tie rods done last weekend, the LCA's came from Ford with the ball joint stamped on (they used to have a 3 bolt arragement and were sold seperatly). I went to Total Suspension (in Scarborough) and we got the entire job done in 1 hour. If your tour has high Km's I'd highly suggest getting them replaced, my CSVT just rolled over 190K prior to the work being done and there was a huge improvement in steering and feel afterwards.
