Can anyone tell me the p/n for the fuel pump? V6 2.5l build date 7/99. Where is the least expensive place to purchase? Thanks!

Get the FSVT pump. Cheapest alternative.

Might want to actually check and see if his car is indeed returnless. FSVT pump won't work if it is return. If you have 1 fuel line running under the throttle body you can use the FSVT pump. If 2 then go with a standard replacement. It's about $100 at a local parts place.

It is the returnless.....the cutoff date was 5/99.

Yes, I only have 1 fuel line to the pump. So I should go to a local auto supplier and ask for a Focus SVT fuel pump? What year? Thanks!

No. You should order it from Bill Jenkins.
