Hm, let's evaluate your posting to assess the validity of your arguements, point by point.

1. You begin with a "serious" poll, where according to the title, everyones input is "valued". Two posts later, someone points out your final option, and you reply with "A little humor never hurt anybody!" So which is this poll, serious or humorous, at this point, I don't even believe that you know.

2. Your next post begins "Pull the pineapple out of your A**." Good start, let's continue. You then begin to tell a member here that they are "Narrowminded" and "uptight" and say that a member has their blinders on and can't see that there are alternatives to Ford. Ok, this is probably where you should have stopped, thought about your post, deleted it, and carried it to PMs and left the rest of your thread alone to simply collect the input that's so "valued" to you, but instead you go on to say that the rest of us (who? not car enthusiasts certainly as this site is composed of, maybe you're refering to the guy or girl sitting at home pricing out Toyota Corolla's that they figure they can drive from point A to point B reliably for a couple years, until they decide they need a new econo-box to transport them, enthusiasts accept the fact that their Hi-Po car is NOT a simple cheap car that will last forever, and I'm assuming they buy it to enjoy it, and assume they may have some problems with it) expect a great product regardless of cost, but doesn't the SVTC do what it was intended to do well? And if I expected a new Dodge Viper SRT 10 to drive me to work and back every day reliably like a Corolla, would I be happy with it? I don't think so. Yet it does what it was intended to do well, certainly different cars are made for different reasons and are great at what they do, the CSVT was made to be decently reliable, but really, what it was built to do was preform, if you want a very reliable Contour, get a base model Zetec with the manual. With all that name calling, it's no wonder everyone kept tearing your posts apart, nothing is solved with immaturity, no one likes being called names. Please refer to the end of the next point for an example.

3. Then you tell someone that your Sentra is way more reliable than your CSVT and costs less. Then, using context clues, I realize that if what you posted is true, you bought your CSVT for reliablitiy, but there's the problem, if you wanted a Contour to last you forever, why did you buy the SVT model instead of that basic Zetec I mentioned? It would have cost a lot less and been more reliable. Following this you call the poster a "moron" and "irrational". The only rational things I've read so far have been everyone elses posts but yours. Oh, and as for the moron part, second grade called, they want their insult back.

4. At this point, the voice of reason, Ray, steps in. Now, in case you haven't noticed, Ray is a very respected member of this community, with many helpful insights into many peoples problems, he's very knowledgable, along with many people on this site, and helpful, thus why he was promoted to moderator status, which he deserved in every way. He does not in this post do anything to tear you down, simply rationally examines the situation and explains that maybe it's just your car that has problems and gives examples of the 2 Contours he's owned. Apparently, this is simply too much intelligence and maturity for you to deal with, so your reply is to call him names again. And in addition you encompass the entire community and say that we're all idiots who've "never driven any other cars" good assumption champ, you're on a roll.

5. Ray warns you and everyone of the use of names on here, so in response you tell him it doesn't matter and you don't care then attack his position as a moderator. To be completely honest, I think that I used to say things like this too, but I was also 5, and it sounded more like: I don't care! You're not the boss of me! You shut up, you shut up MORE!"

6. More rational and mature arguements are posted by other people, and examples are given to back up these arguements. You're still stuck on this reliability issue, even though it has been pointed out several times that buying a sports or Hi-Po car like an SVT usually doesn't mean you're buying a car for reliability. I'm still lost as to why you bought on in the first place if you wanted reliability. Then you post some image from Consumer Reports that still has nothing to do with the original intent of the CSVT. Mind you, it has already been pointed out by Ray that maybe it's just your car, and you shouldn't be encompassing all CSVTs.

7. Another bashing post about someone with something intelligent to say, I like the use of sarcasm, and I hope you notice all the sarcasm in this post, but I doubt it. And yes, maybe you should have taken the opinion of an actual owner as opposed to a magazine, IMO it's a way more reliable source.

You still haven't replied after that, which makes me happy, but the purpose of this post is to show you why no ones listening to you, your credibility went out the window along with everyones neutral or good opinion of you. Apparently your maturity went along with it. Not happy with your CSVT? Sell it to someone who deserves it and will treat it well. Or better yet, give it to someone since you can't stand the resale value of it either, but how well do you think your Sentra is gonna keep it's value, oh wait, you probably bought it for next to nothing anyway, give it to me, I'll take care of it like it should be, and i bet you you won't see me on here whining about how it's not as reliable as my Sentra. Have a nice day.
