Please keep in mind that this is a serious poll. No bashing please, I am simply trying to find out where the CSVT owners stand.

Ford customer Satisfaction
I love my Ford car and Ford service
The car is fine but Ford service is not satisfactory
The car is unreliable and the service is terrible
I ask myself at least once a month: Why am I still driving a Ford
If I could I would trade my Ford for a BMW tomorrow
I like the excitement of having a vehicle than may break at any moment

You need an option for:

I love my Ford, but never need Ford's service

Back when I was still under warranty, they always did a great job with everything. Granted, I was working for Ford for most of the time I was in my factory warranty, and could watch the service department like a hawk.

"I like the excitement of having a vehicle than may break at any moment"

yes, this indeed does sound like a very serious poll.

You tell us no bashing. Then you bash. That's humor?

This is where the humor comes in: we laugh at your poll.

Do us a favor. Buy yourself a fcuknig BMW. But don't btich to us about its frequent repairs and $$$$ parts and service.

PS - my lowly Ford will run even with your Beemer but with money left over. Hope that makes you happy.

I am happy that I don't have to deal with Ford dealerships for a little while longer, in my semi-temporary trolldom. I do intend to get a CSVT .. someday, lol .. but it will take a long time before I can warm up to even the idea of having a Ford for a daily driver again.

How about:

"Yeah, I'd trade for an E36 M3 tomorrow if I could, but I'm quite happy with my non-SVT Ford Contour and will drive it into the dust. Dealer service? It sucked when I had to use it, but that depends on the dealer. I never go near the place, now."

Or, maybe you should have structured your poll this way:

"No bashing intended, but here is my serious poll:

1. I hate my SVTC.

2. I really hate my SVTC.

3. No, really, I hate my SVTC so much I want to drive it over a cliff with me in it."

I hated all 3 dealerships I ever took my CSVT to. My car was possessed, but I still loved it.

Pull the pineapple out of you a$$ man. You sound real uptight. I love my Contour SVT but Ford service does suck and the car's reliability does leave a lot to be desired. I did own a BMW and I do intend to get another. People like you are so narrowminded that with your blinders on you cannot even see that there are alternatives to Ford. If everyone thinked like you Ford could keep on playing second fiddle to the Europeans and Japanese without worry. Fortunately the rest of us expect a great product regardless of what it costs and so the European and Japanese cars will continue to grace our garages until Ford can get their act together or fade into the sunset like many "greats" of the past. I for one would like to see them improve their cars and be more competitive.
