check with your bank. I purchased something on ebay and got ripped off. It didnt go through as a cc charge, but a direct withdrawl from my account. My bank still refunded the money to me. All I had to do was fill out some fraud paperwork.

This came directly from my paypal online account as I keep a running balance in there so no dice on that. I'm trying a few more things though such as contacting people she recently bought from on ebay to see if I can get her shipping address from them. If I can at least get that info, I can use it to confirm any additional phone numbers, etc.
