I didn't see it too bad until I got to this base, what a bunch of lazy f**ks!
For example, think of an interior electric crew... they'll go to a job (we have a gazillion to do, btw) and say there's a light out on the outside of the building. They will do no work and transfer it to exterior and have them go out and fix it instead of getting a ladder and doing it themselves.
Exterior does the same thing, say the same exterior light is out, so they replace the bulb/ballast, but it still doesn't work... They'll transfer it back to interior and say their part is done.
To top it off, we all have the same training!
I got deployed with the Army, and lemme tell ya, they don't care how something gets done (or who does it, at that) as long as it's done.
