But at the same time, it's great that they can push out more privates, but how is that not incredibly detrimental to the existing troops, and to the recruits own safety when they get to the fleet? I hate to analyze the politics of the higher-ups, but this move just seems so asinine and regrettable it's ridiculous.
And an a slightly more positive note, the Marines have given themselves to SOCCOM.
