And the target audience is typically a bunch of ignorant people. There aren't too many educated, self-respecting people who listen to that kind of music. And the videos I've seen, when flipping through the channels, are not ones in clubs, but outside der cribs pimpin der rides, wif hoes bunch dat booty etc....but whatever, IMO, its garbage.
so because i enjoy the music, i am ignorant and uneducated? that statement is laughable at best. even videos not based in the clubs are portraying the same image. lavishness and fun. and that's what it comes down to is image. what is the music trying to show you and is it achieving that goal. for their target audience (the ignorant and uneducated people ) it is achieving it's goal with unimaginable success.
