What I am saying is that the passing lane is designed to enable people to pass the person in the right hand lane if he is not going the speed limit. The far left lane is normally passing, the far right is normally the 'slow traffic' lane, so yes... there should have been a tier of different speeds with the fastest being on the left.

Actually, I don't really care about this argument anymore. Its gotten into to much nit picking and contrived examples. I'm guilty of it as much as the next guy, but i'm done.

In closing, what they did was an eye opener, yet not smart.
