are you kidding?!? look at all the stuff your getting..ignitors and all that!?!? you dont need any of that!! The Hella Gen. III ballasts come with built in ignitors so all you need is a ballast, wiring harness and bulbs..your good to go then..look at this ballast and notice there is no ignitor sticking out, just a ballast with a built in ignitor and the wire that plugs into the bulb..not all that stuff u see above.. that kit looks really cheap..not even $200 oh well..you get what you pay, just remember that..and 8000K

If you look at the left side bar of the site you can find 5000K HIDs. There about the right price for what your getting. If they work than it doesn't matter what kit you get.
My next car will have HIDs, either stock or as an upgrade.

cheap kits have crappy bulbs that will look worse over time and blow out. My first set of cheapo japanese HID bulbs blew out in a little over a year. Hella ballasts are solid and everything is one metal box. Buying a kit with seperate igniters only introduces one more part that can break, and much more clutter in our already cramped engine bays.

Trust me, I understand "you get what you pay for", but those Hella Ballast are not cheap. I guess if you want the best, go with the ones with the most rep. Which might be the Hellas.
Edit: Check out the " Extreme Blue " bulb they have here. I dare someone to get that.

anywho I understand how Hella is expensive but Im sure you can pick out a used set from ebay, these Hella's never go bad..Im sure you can find them for cheap here on ebay. They go for like $200 - $250 thats not bad considering all you need then is a $40 wirirng harness from xenon depot and bulbs and then ur all set..

When the time comes for me to get a HIDs, I'll make sure I find the right ones. (4000K-6000K will be my range)
