Poly bushings from BAT. And you may want to box in the subframe, but it's not always necessary.

Critical if it's not done yet & you plan to push your car a bit. Last thing you want to happen is to have a tab snap off while your in a hard turn. INSTANT DISASTER!!

I would go to a suspension or performance specialty shop if you have one in your town, or a welding shop. The suspension shop will just know what needs doin', a welding shop will give you super-beefy overkill bracing. Either way you're good. Welding shop will be cheaper.

Must be that jumbly-wumbly thing happening again.

Hmmm. Not sure what your asking. The picture above shows the 2 alignment pins (new looking subframe) with the exhaust hanger (the brown looking thing, kinda sticking up off the new sub) on the hanger arm. The old subframe next to it has the control arms and swaybar still installed. Both parts r upside down.

After the subframe is boxed, if your old mounts (to mount swaybar to subframe) look rusted and weak, you will want to replace them... However I'm thinking you might want to go with a subframe from bradness that has the double bolt brackets, instead of the OEM one side hooks the other side bolts. Even with a beefed up subframe the brakets (more so when rusted) want to rip out with a heavy rearswaybar. It seems the bushings for 21mm bars are a tight fit. You could have this happen.

Swaybar bracket, they are $$ 40-50 for 1. I would opt for the double bolt mod...
