in one old house my mom owned, when they tore out the inside they found old movie poster from the 40's and 50's. Kind of neat. Now she has the framed and displayed going up the steps.

My parent's house, the one I grew up in, was built in 1854. But they got it without the tin can option.

When was the last time that they made something of value that came in a sealed can from the 1920's? If this was a locked box without a key or a object that somebody could have obviously put something of value into I would open it.. But this is just an ordinary stamped and sealed tin can. Its either going to be food or building material.. I say ebay it! Because once it's opened the value isn't going to be anything.. I say make what you can off it while its sealed.
