Welcome Rubs . P0420 is due to the Bank 1 pre-catalytic converter going. You can either change it (about $700 plus labor) or you can install a mileliminator for $30. www.mileliminators.com.

Rotate the tires front to back and see if the vibration goes away.

Edit. For the vibration issue, as it was just in for the bearings and rotors, you should send it back in with your concerns.
