I believe there is a way to make the gauges turn on and off with your headlights but I didn't take the time to figure it out.




Here's what I did with mine.
1) I pulled the headlight switch out
2) then crimped on narrow blade connectors to the indiglos (the male connector on both leads)
3) carefully shoved the blade connectors into the wiring loom on the back of the switch, right next to the factory connectors. (a couple of minutes experimenting with a volt meter will tell you which wires to piggy-back.
4) re-install your switch and you're ready to go. Mine indiglos have a dimmer that I mounted on the underside edge of the dash. It's a stretch to reach it, but once it's set, you really don't need to reach it again.
