No he wasn't... the passenger claimed that there was a driver who ran off, but the passenger is the owner of the Enzo. There was also blood on his mouth, and blood on the driver's airbag, but none on the passenger's. AND he had been drinking.
I'm amazed at how much of the Enzo is left..... Which isn't much, but I assumed this guy was a goner. And we had a CCEG meet up that way not too long ago
