I just got off the horn from Flyin Miata, order the stainless steel downpipe/catalytic. Should be good for another 15hp! Woo-Hoo!! This will be one of the biggest mods I have ever made to my Miatas. So far I have only done a couple little things to the Mazdaspeed to make it my own.
Baco, any plans for engine mods to your MSM??

You know, I decided to drive it to work this morning and as I drifted the car sideways around the back of the Dunkin Donuts building I asked myself the same question.
But 15hp in this little car should be significant, plus it will smooth out the power band and allow the boost to spool up earlier.

AEM intake installed last night: Bra arrived a few weeks ago: Calipers painted up: I upgraded the shift boot to black with silver stitching to match the seats as well. More little mods to come!!

Not sure I'm liking the bra - it makes the nose looks like a 2G Eclipse (at least, from the angle you shot it). The car itself looks gorgeous as always though! I was wondering when you were going to paint the calipers The engine bays of those cars are getting tighter and tighter .. my parents' has so much room under the hood!

lookin good
aren't you still somewhat concerned about paintchips with that bra? There's no netting to protect the foggies and all that down below.

I'm probably going to install some netting in the mouth, mostly to offer protection for the intercooler. The bra is only going to be used for out of state or highway road trips, otherwise I'm running braless and not tail gating.

However the bra should do a very good job at protecting the nose from oncoming debris.
