Worst advice EVER. You don't know this isn't the time he does that himself, or runs someone over, This is why one needs to be more responsible about keeping keys on your person, or even not getting drunk to the point where you don't remember things like that...but this is America, where getting completely and utterly wasted is the only way to have fun.
