I will either be using UPS or USPS, I dont know the difference and I am completely knew at shipping things like this.

USPS is the post office - the same people who bring the regular mail. UPS of course are those guys in the brown trucks. USPS is probably cheaper but I don't know if they are best at shipping heavy items or not. Guess you'll just have to price them both out if you haven't already.
