It gets a bit cold here in the winter and coin washes are a ripoff and don't get my car as clean as I would like. Plus there's no way I'm letting the foaming brush touch my car.
So I though would give Optimum No-Rinse Wash & Shine a try.
Needed:
2 buckets
4 microfiber towels (MF)
Optimum QEW
As always, 2 buckets - one with the proper mix of and the other with clean water.
Section before:
I followed the directions using 1 MF folded into quarters, soaked in QEW water and wiped down one section. I immediately used a dry MF and dried the section:
I flipped the soaked MF over to a clean side and repeated above steps for the next section:
I made sure to thoroughly rinse the soaked MF in the clean water before starting the process again in another section.
Review:
Being well aware of the condition of my paint, I carefully checked the section I sections as I went along. I could see any marring (scratching) caused by this process. The surface was extremely clean, shiney and surprisingly very slick. This one's a keeper in my inventory.
