Bearings you can buy anywhere and at any quality level. (beware the cheap sh~t!)
I've never seen hubs offered anywhere but the dealer/factory. We have a press in hub and it does not need to be replaced unless it is cracked/broken.
When doing this job you NEED to get a new axle nut. The dealer sells the best ones. The axle nut puts a preload on the split sealed bearing. Not following the service manual instructions will lead to repetetive bearing failure. That is a well seen occurance because most people do not know what they are doing.
Considered the hub cause this is getting worse and figured since i have it off why not replace it, but its becoming a more difficult task that i thought. Eeps posted about Stazi having knuckles with bearings, Im just gonna buy those, and yes, I'm aware of the axle nut and the torque specs per Ray's post in the how-to section. Thanks for the imput.
