It's not like your question was a complicated one. It would have taken all of 5 minutes to measure your KKM or MAF and go to ajusa and get the dimensions.
You're clearly no noob. You're clearly are on here a lot. You're getting pissed off because you would prefer someone else do the work for you and serve it to you on a platter rather than taking a few minutes to do it yourself. You'd rather wait hours to get an answer than do the legwork yourself.

I'm not pissed off at all. I'm thankful for the answer provided and amused at the 'extra bs'.
Like I said, even with me measuring it, I wouldn't be sure of myself on its size. Just with how to measure it and whatnot. I know people on here would know and it takes them 5 seconds to type the answer. If they didn't answer me, it wouldn't be a big deal, I would have measured, gotten a filter and hopefully would have been correct.
The fact that anyone (you) gets angry about a simple question is funny.
Like I said, I guess since we can all figure out the answers to problems we encounter, there really is no need for the forum. Well, I guess we need some place for people to get mad about a simple question.

Based on your logic, for the sake of discussion and laziness, I guess we should do away with FAQs, Stickies, the archives and the Search function. Whoever put that under your name really hit the nail on the head.

as a noob, i will have to say that the FAQ's on here suck, and half of the links dont even work and need to updated, because about 70% of the links and products webises and stuff in the faqs arent around anymore... But the ones that do and are usefull i am grateful..

Ever seen this or this? If the FAQs suck, and 50% of FAQ links don't work, and 50% are out of date, and 70% are dead, I'm surprised no one has PMd me about updating anything or used the suggestion box.

Actually, since I had the air filter off, it would have taken me no more than 30 seconds to measure it. I don't know why you want to insist on it being my laziness that got your panties in a wad. That's fine if you don't like me and just want to attack me or just needed something to be angry with, you don't have to justify it.
Yeah, I know my logic is sooooooo crazy. The FAQ and search don't clearly answer my question and I asked about it. I'm such an idiot for trying to make sure of something before I spend money. Gosh, I should be like GTO Pete and have all the answers already.

No one is angry or has their panties in a bunch. Had you been a noob, I would been more than happy to point you in the right direction. But for someone that has that many posts, has been registered as long as you, and has worked on cars, it's a simple answer.
Since you say it's not laziness then I guess you have to get that post count up.

My post count goes up partly due to people like you that want to make something of nothing.
And as I've said a million times before, I could care less about a post count. But without it, what would people like you have to attack me with when all else fails.
