...not a divorce or paternity situation...i raised my daughter for the first three years with her mom,than she moved to NC,and left me here in NY...we had a agre'mnt for three hundred a month..worked fine for months,than one day i get a note from NC support enforcement saying i owe 2200 for back cs,and that i'm to pay 801 dollars a month!!!!!!!needless to say at 22 i fell behind pretty quick,my credit is screwed b/c of it,i owe several family member a few thousand dollars keeping out of jail over it....my daughter's mom had it lowered,but they didnt even want to allow her to lower it,i was with her when she went to apply for a reduction....they gave her such a hard time,asked me to leave so they could talk to her,thinking i was forcing her to do it...
