1993 Taurus SHO 5 speed

Car has 160k on it & I want to get rid of it ASAP and I'm willing to let it go for 2000 OBO. Car has 160k on the clock. This is nothing on an SHO engine if it was maintained properly. A few documented cars on the net have 300k and still going strong. It needs a new oil pan gasket to stop a slight leak and a new A/C compressor. I have a spare a/c compressor that can go with the car. The upper 60k valve shim has been done at 107k which was when I bought it. Virtually no wear on the valve shims. At that time of course new Motorcraft plugs and wires. I just replaced the starter that has a lifetime warranty. I have almost all receipts for the car including original window sticker showing 27500. Also have a dyno plot of 190hp/191tq to the front wheels showing how strong this car was at 110k. List of things that have been done...

Driver side ball joint, new end links all the way around, new sway bar bushings, car has largest sway bars, put KYB struts on at 112k, radiator was replaced as well as the upper rad. hose. I have replaced some vac lines that looked old, fuel pump was replaced for peace of mind, has a Dynomax exhaust on it, clutch was replaced at 100k by a Ford dealer. Idle air control valve, mass air flow, throttle position sensor, and a couple coolant temp sensors. I have a new IAC that can go with the car as well as spare motor mounts. I had a spare motor but I junked it after tear down and kept the mounts because I know someone would want them. The trans. drain plug modification was done so you don't have to take it somewhere to get the trans fluid pumped out. Can change it right in your driveway. Rear brake lines have been replaced as well as rear calipers. I just looked at the pads and they have 50% life left. It has Bendix Titaniums. The front rotors are a little warped. The front bumper and rear bumper have some scrapes but nothing is gouged. I have the original window sticker and a ton of the receipts from the guy I bought it from. The car has black split leather/cloth int., moonroof, and has tinted wondows. The car has slight rust bubbling around the tops of the driver door and the edge of the trunk. The only things that hasn't been replaced are belts, alternator and the water pump. This starts and runs like new. No smoke out the tail pipe and doesn't burn oil.
