Yes, that happened about 2 years ago. I used to work in the bicycle industry, and one of the products we sold was the OnGuard brand of locks. Luckily (for me- as I would have taken ALL the complaints) they were not effected, as they had already made the switch to the right kind of key. Buy Kryptonite and others were largely effected.
It was quite a big deal in the bike industry that year. You should have seen the trade show that year, Wow!
