Vietnam was a guerilla war almost unwinable from the get go because of poor morale and the fact that we were trying to sustain a corrupt and disinterested government. you'll find that throughout history that wars are won and lost on the territory of the loser and lost from within, not because of the outside force. Rome was never conquered from without, it was pushed over from without. Germany was never conquered from without, it was in a boxing match and let itself fall apart, twice!
