Just my observations after using the "Moosing Fix" with a 11/32nd hole on my 1995 Contour SE.
1. Gas Mileage went down.
2. The car stalls when the car is cold. For 5 days in a row, the car has stalled on me during initial startup.
I removed the copper cap and the car hasn't stalled yet and the gas mileage went back to normal. The Copper cap stopped the moosing, so maybe I will drill a larger hole and see if it improves the mileage and stalling while still preventing the moosing.
