Hmmm... does this mean they're electronically limiting the torque proportionally to how far the wheel is turned? I'm gonna have to be skeptical about that. I could see plenty of drawbacks to that.
It just means that the TCS system figures steering angle into its' activation programming. It works that way on any TCS system -- the greater the steering angle, the more chance than TCS will kick in. Accelerating out of a turn in 1st gear is impossible in my 6s -- TCS will engage every time. If you don't like it, you can just turn TCS off.
