There is WAYYYY more than 3300 dollars in damage. When my friend's brother backed into my car all it needed was a new fender, a new corner lens and some paint and i was quoted between 1200-1600. That looks like wayyy more than 3300!

I'll give him 500 and a kick in the nuts.
