Give me every little bit of information on relay number 12. What color is it? Where is it extact location in the fuse box? And what it will run me to replce this.

R12 is in the Power Distribution Box next to the battery.
R12 is actually in the Passenger Compartment Instrument Panel Fuse Box. And the Fuse panel is on the left and under the steering column, near your left knee when you are seated. There is a knob or lever that you push/pull to lower the fuse panel. If you look at the thread/link previously posted regarding water in the fuse panel, the 3rd picture will show R12 as the bottom left orange color relay.
And if you don't have an Owners' Manual, you should download one from www.fleet.ford.com.
