He's the owner's son actually, from what I recall. Herb Chambers is one of the largest dealership chains in central MA (link). Now that I actually read the article I remember my parents telling me about it last week.
Belmont St in Worcester (less than a mile from my apartment) happens to be comprised entirely of a giant steep hill and a small spot of twisty road with blind spots. If he was doing anything over the speed limit I can see easily why he crashed.
