I can't see banning you for your name, outright.
I can see you eventually getting banned for not following the rules.
My suggestion, at this point, would probably be to look in to changing your name. There isn't much tact in that one, and it really offers nothing to anyone else, of any positive merit. I am not ordering you to.. I am just saying that you should probably do so before the hailstorm ensues from others (which, I will openly admit, I wouldn't be opposed to.. I am not too pleased with the name at all..)
