$115 / $130 for 99 SVT with ABS. Sounds good to me
Do you recommend these axles with a turbocharged 3L?

All V6 cars (with ABS) take the same part numbers. As you may have noticed I have a 2000 SVT.

AutoZone price : $121.99 - Drivers side $119.99 - Passenger side FREE shipping. $241.98 Automotive Parts Network price : $114.71 + $12.88 - Drivers side $129.41 + $12.88 - Passenger side $269.88 You decide I just ordered my drivers side from AutoZone last week. I already replaced the passenger side when the POS Ford one broke. Decided it was time to ditch the drivers side as well.

FYI: I ordered a GCK axle from autzone a while back and had some serious issues. The shaft part with teeth that goes into the hub has a lip to it at the end towards the outer boot. When I installed it the lip would not allow the axle to tighten into the hub properly. This made teh axle loose and my wheel would wobble. I am not sure I am explaining it well, but ELKY and I installed it and ran into this problem. I ended up going with a remanufactured axle from autozone.
I wonder how badly I would need upgraded axles with my torsen equiped SVT making about 260fwhp?

The differences are numerous.
A rebuilt shaft that is reman'd with inferior parts, to very low quality standards, and also not spun balanced or...
I'd go OEM if you don't want to get the GCK unit. Expect to bend over though!
I noticed the ABS ring issue (missed clearance by maybe a tenth of an inch) on my first driver's side axle. However it was a very simple fix. The second two axles (both sides) did not have this issue at all. (replaced a year later then the 1st)
