Already lowered a bit (aftermarket struts and Eibachs) tint, and a few small changes that it sounds like your friend might want. Only about 30 mins from west Point too. BAT Sway Bars/Pioneer CD/Koni Rear Struts/Mobil Fluids. Looking for 15" alloy rims-PM me. 180,500km's so far.
