Jerry travels around and tunes at various places in MI. He does do some tuning in OH too. From what I heard hes living in FL right now but still travels to MI quite a bit to tune peoples cars.
Jerry charges a flat fee.
$450 for the first tune.
$200 for every tune there after.
Depending on the dyno shop, you may or may not have to pay dyno time which is about $125-150 an hour.
My best advice, is if there are any mechanical problems, get that fixed before you get a tune. If not, you may be setting yourself up to pay about $600 for tune/labor thats not even complete because something needs to be fixed before a tune can be done. For example, my first time around with Jerry at Dyno Daves, the cost was $450 as I mentioned earlier. On the 5th pull, my passenger side axle broke. I wasn't even close to finished being tuned. However, $450 was still charged to my account because Jerry did tune the car and its not his fault if my car breaks. The second time around, I had an oil leak on the rear valve cover so they only tuned up to 8 psi because they didnt want to start an oil fire and $200 was charged. Get everything fixed, so you can get everything tuned right the first time. As of right now, im up to $1300 in tuning and Im still not finished. If i would have had everything in working order the first time around and didnt have anything break, I could have been out the door for $450.
